Horizon Leader Group (HLG) is excited to announce that Debbie Miller, a Marketing and Business Development Executive, with extensive experiences and expertise in the Entertainment, Sports and Brand Marketing worlds has joined the HLG Management Team.
HLG is equally thrilled to share that Kevin Rempel, a Canadian Paralympian medalist, has joined HLG’s Managing Member Coaching Team. Paralyzed after a motocross crash in 2006, Kevin faced unsurmountable odds while learning to walk again. Today he is a respected Mental Health, Resilience Coach and a change management expert.

Debbie was the entrepreneurial founder of Studio Licensing Inc., one of Canada’s leading Consumer Products Licensing Agencies. For over 18 years, Debbie lead the development of the marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients such as MTV Networks, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, NBA Canada, Muhammad Ali, MGA Entertainment and Elvis Presley Entertainment. She also worked as General Manager for Paramount Pictures and Sega.
Kevin competed in Paralympic sledge hockey playing for Team Canada (2010-2015) helping earn Gold in the 2013 World Championships, a Bronze medal in the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi Russia, and through his teambuilding program post career, The Sledge Hockey Experience. Along with his Paralympic experience, Kevin developed a coaching program, The Resilience Toolbox, to help teams and leadership understand the key fundamentals required for mental resilience.
